Dear Applicant:

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at the historic Cabrillo Beach Bathhouse. 
The newly-restored facility is an excellent choice for weddings, receptions, birthday's, 
meetings/trainings and any other gathering. (Please note that we do not have a kitchen or 
any kitchen-type amenity available on-site and your caterer will need to be self-contained 
or provide a portable sink.) READ the IMPORTANT GENERAL INFORMATION
about the rules, procedures and expectations of using the Cabrillo Beach Bathhouse for your event.

The enclosed packet contains a reservation application with fee schedule and general use information.
  To make a reservation, fill out the enclosed application form and return it along with 
a refundable $300.00 deposit to the
Cabrillo Beach Bathhouse at 3800 Stephen M. White Drive, San Pedro, CA 90731. 
The completion of an application form does not guarantee acceptance of your event. 
Payment in full must be received 60 days prior to your event. If payment is not received 60 days
  in advance, your reservation will be considered cancelled, your deposit forfeited and the date will 
become available to the public. Reservations are taken on a first come-first serve basis and only held 
with a deposit. No permits will be granted during community events, city functions or on holiday weekends. 
The reservation time should include transport, set up, take down and removal of any tables, chairs or 
other items used for your event. In order to refund your deposit, the site must be left in the same or 
better condition as it was when you arrived and you must not exceed your permitted time. 
Refunds are mailed to you 4 - 6 weeks after your event.

If you have any additional questions or would like to see the facility, please feel free to contact 
the Cabrillo Beach Bathhouse between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday 
and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
